Sturia Oscietra Caviar - 250g

Sturia is France's pioneering sturgeon caviar producer, crafting 12 tonnes annually near Bordeaux at the Garonne River estuary. Their natural pond system ingeniously blends filtered, oxygenated river water with Atlantic salt water, providing sturgeon with ideal conditions to mature. When female sturgeon reach their prime at 10-12 years, expert ultrasound ensures optimal harvesting. Grains are meticulously sorted by size and colour, then cured in 1kg tins at -2°C for 3 months. Sturia Oscietra (Gueldenstaedtii species) seduces with marine notes, hints of dried fruit, and firm golden grains that release their delicate essence gracefully on the palate—the true hallmark of refined indulgence.
