La Gaeta

Their products are D.O. Protected Terra Alta. Their La Gaeta farm is located in Villalba dels Arcs (Tarragona) where they produce the Arbequina, Sevillana and Empeltre varieties.

Mallafré

Mallafré is a family oil mill in Riudoms, a town in the Baix Camp region (Tarragona). Its organic oils have received recognition from the Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production.

Marqués de Valdueza

This family with great tradition and many generations is located in Mérida (Extremadura), on the Perales de Valdueza farm, surrounded by its olive grove, vineyards and beehives.

Deortegas

Deortegas belongs to a family with a long history in olive cultivation. It has its own oil mill and 3 traditional and organic farms (two of them dry land).

Oro Bailén

Oro Bailén accumulates awards and years in the Flos Olei Guide that certify its very high quality. Producers, bottlers and marketers, their farms are located in the land of oil, in Jaén, very close to the city of Bailén.

Les Trilles

Les Trilles is grown in the Campo de Bellaguarda (Lleida) by producers who have been growing the same fruit, the arbequina, for more than 90 years to obtain their single-variety oil. In 2001 it received the Integrated Production certificate that allows them to supervise the quality of the oil in all its stages.

La Chinata

Located in the Sierra de Gata, Cáceres, it is a leading company in the world of Spanish olive oil. We highlight its variety of Manzanilla Cacereña, since its EVOO uses smaller olives but of equal quality that cannot be destined for direct consumption.

Zambudio

Aceitunas Zambudio is an independent company dedicated exclusively to the preparation, garnishing and manufacturing of olives and pickles in different formats and varieties.

Daporta

Conservas Daporta specializes in canned seafood and fish from the markets of Galicia. Their limited production is due to the fact that they only use traditional production techniques, always respecting the environment and selecting the product in the appropriate season.

Olasagasti

Olasagasti only works with the product of its own land, the Cantabrian Sea, always remaining respectful of traditional fishing gear and the marine ecosystem. The pieces are cleaned, separated and packaged by hand.

Salazones Moreno

Since the canning factory was founded in Barcelona, ​​Salazones Moreno has maintained an artisanal, natural and preservative-free fishing and packaging process. Fishing is done in a traditional way on the Cantabrian coast.

Santa Catarina

La Churta

La Churta, located in Lizarraldea (Navarra), is dedicated exclusively to organic preserves. Its organic cultivation follows certain guidelines that avoid the use of chemicals and the vegetables are handled manually throughout the process, from peeling them to packaging them.

The goal of Raya company is to import quality food products from Iran to France. That is why the founders work directly with small producers or cooperatives. Therefore, they have no intermediary. Herdade do Esporão

It is one of the most exclusive extra virgin olive oils, from Portugal. The olives are taken to the Esporão Mill in Reguenos de Monsaraz a few hours after harvesting. Once ground, the resulting paste goes through a malaxation process, a system that allows for a shorter extraction system and helps preserve the characteristic aromas of the variety.

Rifer

The Rifer farm is located on the slopes of Montseny (Catalonia), around the Masía Nicolau del Roure, occupying what was previously cultivated land for vines, wheat and barley.

The olive grove grows on calcareous soil with good organic matter content in dry land, which increases the polyphenols of the oil (antioxidant power) but with good rainfall rates.

Oliba Green Beer
