You'll learn to smell, taste, and differentiate top-quality extra virgin olive oils, understanding what lies behind each variety, each producer, and each bottle. You'll also learn the perfect food pairings for each type of oil.

What do our oil tastings consist of?

Our tastings are led by an official, professional taster, certified by the ONAOO (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori Olio Di Oliva) in Italy and by the Generalitat of Catalonia, and trained at the Mas Bové Agricultural Training Center.

These tastings are designed for you to enjoy, learn, and take practical knowledge home. During the experience, you will discover:

  • What extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) really is and how to differentiate it from other oils.
  • The main olive varieties (Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, etc.).
  • How origin, harvest, and production process influence the sector.
  • How to pair each oil with your everyday dishes.
  • Tips for choosing a good oil at the supermarket... and not making a mistake.

All in a dynamic, engaging, and delicious way.

ONLINE OLIVE OIL TASTINGS FROM HOME

We'll send you the oil pack and conduct the tasting live via video call, so you can enjoy it with your partner, friends, family, or as a unique and original gift.

  • Tasting of 5 olive oils of different varieties and origins
  • All professional tasting materials included: tasting glasses, apples, water to cleanse the palate, and tasting sheet.
