A distinctive extra virgin olive oil born in the highlands of Alt Empordà (Girona), nestled within the Natural Park of Les Alberes. This refined blend of three carefully selected varieties—Argudell, a centuries-old local treasure, paired with young Picual from Jaén and Frantoio from Tuscany—captures the spirit of Mediterranean terroir. Intensely fruity with enchanting notes of green tomato, green apple, walnut and herbaceous chlorophyll, it finishes with a subtle peppery bite and pleasant bitterness. Cold-pressed at controlled temperature and left unfiltered to preserve maximum polyphenols, this oil has earned international distinction: Gold Prestige Award at TerraOlivo 2018 and medals from OLIVINUS Argentina and TERRAOLIVO Jerusalem.
