Tasting note It is a fruity oil with green vegetable and green almond notes. The bitterness and spiciness are well balanced. With a bright greenish yellow colour.

The DE PARTICULAR extra virgin olive oil is a coupage of the Argudell and Picual varieties, exclusively produced at their Garriguella and Espolla estates in Alt Empordà (Girona). The Argudell and Picual olives are harvested on this estate from centennial and newly-planted olive trees. They are harvested early, between November and the beginning of December, in order to retain the fresh nature of this oil which is produced by natural decanting without filtering.
