Caviar Sturia Classic - 15g

Sturia is the mark of France's pioneering sturgeon caviar producer, with an annual output of 12 tonnes of premium caviar. Located near Bordeaux at the mouth of the Garona River, their natural pools blend filtered, oxygenated river water with Atlantic seawater, creating the perfect environment for sturgeon to develop. When female sturgeons reach 10-12 years of age—confirmed by ultrasound—their roe is harvested at its peak. The grains are meticulously sorted by size and color, then matured in temperature-controlled cellars at -2°C for 6 months with a light salt cure. Acipenser baerii species.
