Asparagus from Navarra – 9/12 pieces

Extra thick white Navarra asparagus, fibre-free and with the characteristic bitter touch of the Navarra Asparagus Designation.

Grown on the Navarra banks of the Ebro, the asparagus are harvested in the months of April and June. They are harvested at night or early in the morning to protect them from direct sunlight.

The asparagus are prepared in a traditional way: they are blanched before peeling so that the skin retains its properties and aromas.
