Galician-style octopus carpaccio

Ingredientes:

👉🏽 Laminated octopus (you can buy it at your trusted fish store).

👉🏽 100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from @olismallafre1934

👉🏽 Fried potatoes from @bonillaalavista

👉🏽 A little salt from @saldeldelta

👉🏽 Vera pepper from @delaveraoficial to taste.

1️⃣ Place the laminated octopus on a plate or on any base.

2️⃣ Add the fries around the octopus.

3️⃣ Add hot paprika to taste and a little salt.

4️⃣ Finish with a drizzle of 100% Arbequina EVOO.
